How do I send my item back?

As the return address can vary depending on the item purchased and the customer's location, please contact us first to initiate a return request. We will send you detailed return instructions within 6 hours.

Please pack all the items you want to return in their original packaging and include a note with the order number. You can choose the cheapest local shipping method, but the method must provide a tracking number.

Please send the package back within 7 days of receiving the return address. After the package is shipped, please let us know the tracking number, and we will follow up with you after we receive the package.

Refund status

Once your return request has been processed and the item has been shipped back to our warehouse, it is expected to take up to 7 days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method.

The original shipping fee is not refundable.
